Internships
Baxter Community Center offers formal internships throughout the year on a semester basis - Fall, Spring and Summer. Internships are granted for a 12-week period, but longer internship commitments are preferred. Our internship program offers flexible hours to accommodate class and work schedules, and we encourage all who are interested to apply. Interns can apply to work with one of a variety of successful programs, and their involvement is essential to Baxter Community Center. They assist in the facilitation and organization of projects within their respective programs, have many opportunities to work in a creative and autonomous fashion, and are offered several learning opportunities throughout their involvement with Baxter. If interested, please email info@baxtercommunitycenter.org or phone us at: (616) 456-8593
Also, please take a moment to print and fill out our Volunteer Application form. This form can be delivered directly to Baxter.
